From Hamburg to the Costa de la Luz
Luz Home Watchers was founded by Philipp Plümer. Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, he later moved to the Costa de la Luz. Before starting the company, Philipp worked as a project development manager in the real estate industry, overseeing large residential construction and renovation projects.
This experience taught him how important it is to maintain a property properly and to spot issues early — before they turn into costly problems. Today he brings that knowledge into caring for your home: with reliability, attention to detail and the German quality standards our clients trust.
