Luz Home Watchers was founded by Philipp Plümer, born and raised in Hamburg and now at home on the Costa de la Luz. After years as a project development manager in real estate — overseeing large residential construction and renovation projects — he knows how important it is to maintain a property properly and spot small issues before they become costly ones.
